"Organisations change when people change":
a new blueprint or organisation chart will not be enough to change people’s mindsets and behaviour.

Our approach to change is to first of all create a trust relationship between change agents and participants in a change process.

In a joint effort, we explore the desired future state and identify the already existing seeds of change.

Using face-to-face interviews, workshops, large group interventions, outdoor dynamics… as transitional space, we build ownership where it belongs: in the system that is open to or forced to change.
