Team development is a process, not a one-time team building event. In our two-track approach, we focus on the existing organizational challenges (‘content’ or ‘business’ track) and refreshing interpersonal relationships (‘process’ or ‘teambuilding’ track).
In partnership with our clients, we design 1,5-day to 3-day workshops. With a focus depending on the context, we address common team objectives, clarify mutual expectations and roles and discuss procedures or support processes to be implemented. A variety of feedback instruments is available to improve the self-awareness of individual team members and insights in the team dynamics.
A successful team event will have a lasting impact, both in terms of more transparent mutual relationships, and in terms of action plans with a clear commitment to deliver.
