In the context of leadership development, individual coaching, team workshops and facilitating change processes, we use a variety of instruments to increase self-awareness or provide feedback data. All feedback instruments are available as on-line questionnaires – a personal userid and password is sent to each participant.

All of these instruments focus on identifying and fostering development potential and are not used as assessment tools. As certified users of these instruments, it is our policy to only disclose feedback data or individual reports to the person filling out the instrument or questionnaire. Disclosure to third parties will only happen if initiated by the owner of the feedback data.
