TRANSFORMING WORKSHOPS

In addition to facilitating client projects, we also take the initiative to organize open workshops on a number of themes. In these workshops we always work with topics that are at the intersection of professional and personal development. Target audience for these workshops are more experienced professionals in managerial or staff positions.

Common characteristics of these open workshops is that for the sake of providing depth and safety they take place in a multi-day residential setting, supported by a complementary facilitators. It is our purpose as People Intent, to contribute to innovative developments by sharing our insights.

Vitalizing practices for agile leadership

Leadership is a set of practices. The notion of a practice is simple: gaining mastery over anything takes practice. A more effective and impactful leader practices continuously and is permanently improving both the Outer and Inner Game.

Leadership as an Outer Game consists of your visible behaviour, your knowledge and experience, your technical and management skills. This is the baseline in which you have already established a solid foundation. The credibility of your visible leadership or Outer Game is related to a sensitive alignment with your internal compass - your Inner Game.

That Inner Game takes place on a less conscious level: how you give meaning to the world based on your values and beliefs, the mental models you use in your thinking and acting.

Traditionally, leadership programs mainly focus on the Outer Game and that's only half the battle. During this two-day event you will explore the power of your Inner Game in order to enhance the impact of your Outer Game.

For leaders who:

  • not only want to do things right, but also want to do the right things.

  • feel that there is still a lot to learn.

  • are concerned about the future of the people you care about, about your company or organization.

  • are passionate about work and life and keep an eye on the bigger picture.

  • are experiencing a lack of focus due to the complexity and multiplicity of perspectives.

  • do feel that they have a lot of untapped potential.

'To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly'
